Each member within your Guidewise account will be assigned to an implementation team (which we refer to as a Pod) based on several factors including job function, industry, seniority, career aspirations, and many others. Limiting the total number of members per Pod, we aim to keep each Pod as intimate and supportive as possible, so that Pod-mates can effectively form trusting relationships and hold each other accountable towards their respective goals. Despite differing implementation goals, all Pod-mates encounter similar implementation obstacles, which each Pod's dedicated Guide helps to resolve.
Our proven Guides (consisting of seasoned business experts who may have previously worked as a C-level executive, entrepreneur, Partner at a professional services firm, etc.) work directly with their assigned Pods to ensure that members are equipped with the best solutions, skills, and insights to successfully complete projects, implement ideas, and accomplish their unique goals. Leveraging their assigned Guide's experience and devoted guidance, Pod members learn by doing, which leads to accelerated learning, higher project completion rates, lower project abandonment rates, and more tasks from their to-do list to be crossed off.
